When equipment cannot easily come to the workshop, our field team brings practical repair capability to site. Purpose-built service vehicles and experienced mechanics help us diagnose the issue, establish the safest repair path and get work moving again.
Field support also works alongside our Kurri Kurri workshop. If a repair needs heavier facilities or multiple trades, we can coordinate the next stage without handing you between unrelated suppliers.
